Not going to lie, I didn’t expect much going into buying this but after six weeks of constantly using it every night after a shower, I’m starting to see baby hairs in my widow peaks. My scalp is notoriously oily and idk what’s helping so much but my head just feels so much healthier these days. This comb really changed the game.

It’s to be expected that this comb won’t give me my full head of hair back, I’m 36 with two kids, let alone perfect conditions, my body just won’t listen to me. The comb is super super relaxing to use as a head massager as well and it’s helped me develop a habit to just have a relaxing cup of tea while combing at the end of the day after putting the kids to bed. My hair has definitely gotten a lot stronger but softer to the touch, but density wise I didn’t have as great of a result as I wanted (my crown is really thin now sigh).

When will I start to see results?
Most Aura users will start to see results after 3-4 weeks but visible results are cumulative and most effective when implemented into a consistent routine.

When is the best time to use Aura?
The best time to use AURA is in the mornings after you wake up and evenings after any routine hair washing. This will allow for your hair to recover its natural protective oils and nutrients from the scalp after cleansing.
How often can I use it?
We generally suggest 3-4 time a week for a through combing and massage session of around 10-15 minutes. However, it is very dependent on the intensity and differences in hair and scalp of the individual. Should you feel any irritation or tenderness, we would suggest giving your hair a break of 1-2 days as it get accustomed to treatment cycles.
What if I have scalp or pre-existing conditions?
Our products pass through stringent quality and sanitary checkpoints during production and have been created with utmost standards to ensure safety. However, we do still suggest consulting with your dermatologist or primary care physician to see if AURA is right for you.
How do I clean Aura?
Using a damp cloth with mild detergent you can wipe down any routine debris from the comb teeth. For deeper cleaning, we would not recommend harsher chemicals as it may discolor the surface material, however it will not affect treatment efficacy.
Does Aura come with warranty?
All Aura devices include a 1-year limited warranty that covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
