Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return & warranty policy.

RETURNS POLICY


RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please Note

  • 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • If you believe that the item was damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us with the same email address as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item/s back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@densella.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty valid only to original purchaser if item purchased directly from www.densella.com or authorized re-seller and is non-transferable.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY COVER?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Densella will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

WHAT DOES THE WARRANTY NOT COVER?

The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
